Shana Mixed Vegetables is full of a delicious variety of vegetables including: Green Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower, French Beans and Chopped Potato in one convenient pack. Shana Mixed Vegetables may be used immediately from frozen, making them a tidy and convenient way of enjoying the vegetables at their best. Our vegetables are frozen close to the time of harvest to ensure they retain a higher level of vitamins and nutrients. Absolutely no water is added during the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) process, providing you with nature's best. INGREDIENTS Mixed Vegetables COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 170C/235F / Gas 3. Boil Shana Mixed Vegetables for 5-6 minutes. Drain and return vegetables to the pan. Add tomato purée, green chillies, garam masala, and turmeric to the vegetables and mix well. Place half of the rice at the bottom of an ovenproof dish, spread the vegetable mixture on top, and then place the rest of the rice on top evenly. Sprinkle the top layer of the rice with chopped onions, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes.
